By using the renqovaris.com domain you accept these terms. Renqovaris j.d.o.o., based in Zagreb, reserves the right to amend the terms with prior notice published on the site.
Renqovaris provides informational pages about the real estate crowdlending model and enables prospective participants to contact the team to discuss active or upcoming projects. These terms govern your use of the site and communication via the contact form. Legal relationships related to specific projects are governed by separate agreements, entered into after identity verification.
The site may be used by adults residing in the European Union or in the European Economic Area. By using the site you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
All content on the site — texts, visual elements, the Renqovaris logo, illustrations and software components — is the property of Renqovaris j.d.o.o. or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written consent.
Users undertake not to use the site for actions contrary to applicable rules, not to attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure, not to publish misleading information and not to send content that infringes the rights of third parties. Renqovaris reserves the right to restrict access in the event of a breach of these rules.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The Commercial Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the site, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise. Consumers have the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
These terms enter into force on 14 January 2026 and apply to all visits to the site after that date. Renqovaris reserves the right to amend the terms; users will be notified via the site at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.
